OVERTHINKING:

  Overthinking :

                     In this World, there are two types of people
1) MAGNETIZED: it means who are full of confidence about there life's.
2) DEMAGNETIZED: it implies to who are full of fear, overconfidence, overthinking and full of doubts.
In everyone's life, there are situations where they get confused, or their brain is full of thoughts, especially negative thoughts. So first of all, What is overthinking? Overthinking means 'Over control thinking'. It might be about your past or future.
There are UNDER CONTROL THINKING and OVER CONTROL THINKING. For example, scientists, they have to think more. But in their thinking, they are focusing on their own works. They are thinking because that's there job. This is an example of UNDER CONTROL THINKING. Now OVER CONTROL THINKING indicates a chain of thoughts which will never end. If it is under control thinking then it is in control, but if it is over control thinking than it is out of control, and that creates more problems in our life.            
                  Basically, we have to understand that every problem has a solution. It's just a matter of acceptance and asking questions to yourself. And then the question arises how? In every situation or a problem you just have to ask yourself is there any solution in my mind for this problem. And if the answer is YES, then go for it. If it is NO, then accepts the problem. Because sometimes being in problematic situations helps you to grow more.The most important part to understand is only you have to think about your problems, no one will help you with that. The problem with the problem is we are thinking a lot, but we are not taking actions. We don't have to change people, we just have to accept it for no more trouble.
                 As said before, we think either about the past or future, right? First thing, we don't have to think about our past and cry. We just have to learn from it and make sure not to repeat it. And the second thing, we have to plan our future, but not by overthink. And be present in your present life.

Causes of overthinking.

1) We forget to enjoy our present life, we are just thinking about the past and future.
2) If you are overthinking the situation, then there are mostly no chances of getting a solution.
3) You will face depression.
4) As your past, your present and your future will be distributed by you.

I know this is a very vast topic to write about,to speak about and even to think about. I have try to cover just a few aspects of it.

                     One day Buddha was walking through a village. A very angry and rude young man came up and began to insult him, "you have no right teaching others", he shouted."you are as stupid as everyone else. You are nothing but a fake person."The angry man said. Buddha was not upset by his insult. Instead, he asked the young man, "Tell me, if you buy a gift for someone and that person does not accept it, to whom does the gift belongs?". The man was surprised to be asked such a strange question and answered, "it's would belong to me because I bought the gift." Buddha smiled and said, "That's correct. And it is exactly the same as your anger if you Insult me and I don't get insulted, then the anger falls back on you. You are the only one who feels disappointed and not me. All you have done is hurted yourself. If you want to stop hurting yourself, you must get rid of your anger, and become respectful instead." The young man heard closely to his wise words and said, " You are right, please blessed me with your wisdom." He said, "Please teach me the path of love. I wish to become your follower." The Buddha answered kindly," of course, I teach anyone who truly wants to learn."


MOREL: HOLDING ON TO ANGER IS LIKE CARING A HOT COAL WITH THE INTENT OF THROWING IT AT SOMEONE ELSE, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS GETTING BURNED.

GRATITUDE


                 We are living in a world where everyone is busy with their own expectations, thinking about their life, their experience, their jobs etc. This world consistent with people who are not satisfied with there life, and try to grasp others opinion, they can be called as takers. And on the other hand, there are givers who are satisfied with their present state of life and are willing to give whatever they have. Taker can absorb thinks well whereas giver can have a peaceful sleep. And the art of giving is something remarkable that is SATISFACTION.  We can call it as GRATITUDE, it means you are grateful for whatever you have in your life and if you are not thankful for what you have got then you will never be pleased.
                         Gratitude is recognised by all the religion, science, business and spirituality. As a reference of a top psychologist, gratitude can replace negative thoughts to positive. What is gratitude? Gratitude is our thinking; our choice. The first thing to realize is the world is beautiful, the second thing is we have got many things in life without even asking. Gratitude's all about sharing, caring, and daring. As Gaur Gopal Prabhu explains three 3 Rs:
REALIZE: It indicates to understand what you are grateful for. Once you realize it, accordingly you have to tell the giver, it might be our parents, teachers, friends or even our younger ones.

REMEMBER: It's not about just realising, but more about remembering.

RECIPROCATE: Reciprocate gratitude is just like our breathing process. Just like Breathing it teaches us whatever we inhale, we have to give a part of it back out. Whatever we are grateful for we have to give it back to the person we are grateful for.
               So, we understood the importance of 3 R's. People are happy because they are thankful, not thankful because they are happy. We can't be sad and grateful at one time. We have to start practicing and meditating for being in a grateful mood.
     

•The benefits of gratitude :


1) when we are in the state of gratitude the medial pre.frontal cortex gets active our mind.
2) gratitude can control emotions.
3) It decreases depression.
4) It controls heart rate.

How to shift anger?

                     Why do people get angry? What does anger mean? How can you control your anger? There are many question in our mind about anger, right? the first thing pops in our mind is WHAT IS ANGER? 'If any one breaks your favorite thing you get angry; If anyone is not listening to you or not paying attention you might as well get angry.we have expectations form many people and if they don’t satisfy it then also you get angry. The most important things in this situation is when you’re angry your 100% focus is towards expressing our anger.Hence, you don’t understand what you are saying to the opposite person, or sometimes you tend to throw your important and favorite things.Yes! At many times it's your Phone. And then you realize your mistake that you shouldn’t have done this. You many times hurt a person by disrespecting him, but until then the time has gone from your side. So what is a solution of your anger? Before getting into it, first  we have to understand that anger is an energy.  And this energy is not meant to control, Rather it can be shifted. The second thing we know that all of us have some or other task in our daily lifes, Right? All of us are doing something for their living.Even if you say ‘you don’t have anything to do’,That’s not right.

                    So now we know what is anger? The shift of anger means shifting your energy in your work for example ‘if you are watching something and suddenly your younger cousin comes in and stops it.Without asking him anything you hit him and tell him to ‘get lost’. This is not A good behavior.  Instead you can shift your anger, i.e. your energy without getting tough just take a second and asks them what happened? And not to repeat it again.Is it much to do?  And it’s time to understand how should we shift our anger into energy .When you feel that anger in your mind , or when you’re going to shout.

➜Take a step back,
➜Breath for 5 sec, and
➜Go back to the work you were doing
➜As I said before we have to  shift the energy from a person you are angry at to the work you’re doing.

                      ⧪WHY? Why we are shifting the energy?

1) If you don’t shift the energy,and keep shouting just because you’re angry it will result in a dispute.
2) The second most important is if you are not shifting the energy then you’re wasting it, which can be utilized in a good way.
3) Because it may take you towards negativity, overthinking.
4) After doing this you won't regret taking bad decision.
