QUARANTINE 

This blog will find you quite friendly, but this is really important for everyone because here I am writing 5 things that you can do in your daily quarantine life. 

 1] WORKOUT AND PRANAYAM
 Nowadays, people are stuck in their homes. we are not doing anything productive, and nothing is energetic than a workout. People think that workout/yoga are only for people with more weight but that’s not true, it's not only for them. Yoga is for everyone and pranayam is also important for our breathing. 

 2] BOOK READING
Book reading ya! that's true, book reading is also important because the book is a thing which only spreads positivity. I started reading since lock down and seriously that's a really amazing feeling when you complete the whole book. So if you haven't read a book yet start it from now. because it's never too late to give yourself a start. 

 LEADERS ARE READERS. -JIM KWIK 

 3] WRITING
What kind of writing we have to write? so the answer is quite simple, write about your daily routine or anything and everything that comes in your mind. Write your goals, by doing this you will get clear thoughts. 

 4] SELF TALK
 Life is so busy, that you don't even talk about yourself. In this quarantine, we have the opportunity to talk, to love yourself, give some time to yourself. That's just not your time; it's your investment towards health. 

 5) Meditation
You might not think meditation is helpful, but trust me try it for 15 minutes daily you will get my point. Meditation helps maintaining your peace of mind. this is 5 things we can do in your quarantine period.

We are taking this topic because it is just as essential to know what not to do as leadership.

1)     INABILITY TO ORGANISE DETAILS: Efficient leadership calls for ability to organize and to master details. No genuine leader is ever ‘too busy’ to do anything which may be required as a leader. The successful leader must be the master of all details connected with the position. That means of course, that the habit of delegating details to capable lieutenants must be acquired.
 
2)     UNWILLINGNESS TO RENDER HUMBLE SERVICE: Truly great leaders are willing, when occasion demands, to perform any sort of labour that they would ask another to perform. ‘the greatest among all shall be the servant of all’ is a truth that all able leaders observe and respect.
 
3)     EXPECTATION OF PAY FOR WHAT THEY KNOW INSTEAD OF WHAT THEY DO WITH WHAT THEY KNOW.: the world does not pay for what people know. It pays them for what they do, or induce others to do.
 
 
4)     FEAR OF COMPETITION FROM FOLLOWERS. The leader who fears that one of his followers may take his position is practically sure to realize that fear sooner or later. Able leaders train understudies to whom they may delegate at will
 
5)     LACK OF IMAGINATION: Without imagination, leader are incapable of meeting emergencies, and of creating plans by which to guide followers efficiently.
 
 
6)     DISLOYALTY: Perhaps this should have to come at the head of the list. Leaders who are not loyal to their trust and to their associates cannot long maintain their leadership.

Faith :

Faith


                       Faith is the head chemist of the mind. Faith is a major positive emotions. It is the state of mind that may be induced, or created by repeated instructions of your subconscious mind. Making repeated affirmation to your subconscious mind is the known method of developing the emotion of the faith voluntarily. For example, when people first come into contact with crime, they get afraid. If they remain in contact with crimes for a long period of time, they become accustomed to it and finally they embrace it. Your belief or faith is the element that  determines the action of your subconscious mind. 

                     Every thing start from faith. Its might be negative faith. For example, If a person repeats a lie over and over, the lie will eventually be accepted as truth. What we thought becomes our faith. If you planted a positive seed (positive thought)in our mind, than the growth of our plant will be a positive .

If you think you are beaten, you are,

If you think you dare not, you will don't

If you like to win, but you think you can't.

It is almost certain you won't.

 If you think you'll lose, you're lost

For out of the world we find,

STORY TIME: Strength of believing in self

Strength of believing in self: 

 

                       Once there was a small village, where lived two kids who were best friends of each other’s. One was Chotu who was 6 years old, and other was Shayam who was 10 years old. They use to play together, eat together and have lots of fun together.

               One day these both kids while Playing went out of the village. There they found an open space, were they decided to play with a ball which they have carried with them. Chotu threw the ball towards shayam. While chasing the ball shayam accidentally falls in to the well. Shayam is not a swimmer but he tries swim, and cries for help. Chotu saw the incidences and goes running towards the well. He checks whether he can find someone to help him brag Shyam out of the well. But unfortunately he couldn't find anyone as they were out of there village. Meanwhile, he sees a rope tied to the well and he throws it in to the well. Shayam catches the rope and holds it firmly. Chotu being younger than shayam puts all his affects to save Shayam's life. He finally manages to pull shayam out of the well. Shyam thanks chotu by hugging him tight for saving his life and then they returned to the village.

                   They told this incidence to their parent's. But they didn't took it seriously, This news gets spread in to the whole village very quickly, and even the villagers didn't believed them, thinking that chotu being 6 years old kid can't drag a 10 years old person from a well. This news then reaches to the sarpanch of the village and surprisingly he believes it. And explained the villagers that chotu didn't had any negative thoughts in his mind with would resist him from savings shayms life, because neither there was anyone to doubt this strength nor he had any time for second thought. All his presence of mind and his willingness to save Shayam's life could make this happened. And the villagers believe it too.

 

Morel: Once you have Focus and desire towards your goal you can surely archive it. You must not fall for negative thought.
