Dear Diary,
From the past 3–4 days I haven’t been feeling good. I’ll tell you why—there are some things I decide to do, but I am not actually doing them. I don't wake up early, I skip my chanting. I try to focus on the work I have to do, but I just can’t. And honestly, it has been frustrating me.
But today, I realized the real problem. I AM TAKING MYSELF TOO SERIOUSLY. And I shouldn’t. Because everyone is going through something in their lives, right?
While I was on my way to the office today, during my ride, I got some answers to my own problems. I thought—what if I just try to forgive myself? What if I start talking positively about myself? What if I focus on the things I am grateful for in my life?
So from today onwards, Dear Diary, I have decided to do exactly that. I will practice self-forgiveness, positivity, and gratitude. And I promise I’ll keep updating you about it.
Here are the things I will start doing from today:
-
Meditation
-
Running
-
Waking up early
-
Sleeping on time
-
Chanting Hare Krishna
-
Eating good food
Let’s try this. And I’ll try to be as consistent as I can.
Dear Diary, I love you, and I am very proud of you.
