 PAST HURTS THE MOST?

                                     Past? Oh, that hurts the most? Isn’t it? What can I do for that? Firstly, we have to understand everyone has their own past. And everyone is going through it, but some people ignore it, and some people madly overthink it. Thinking about past constantly is very harmful, it can harm your mental health.

                   

                                   So, What can we do for it? It’s simple, ‘let it go.’ Some people will say, ‘Ohh! that’s not easy.’ absolutely that’s not easy! But, if you want your present and your future bright, then don’t allow your past damage your future, whatever happened just let it go. Live your darkness behind, so it cannot block the light of your bright future. Past is gone whatever happened- whether it is cruel, harsh, that has happened, may be with or without your permission. If someone hurts you in your past learn from the situation and let the bad go. If you are constantly thinking about your mistake or that situation then there is no chance for a bright future. If you want to think about your past, then just think about the solution to your past. Many of us don’t live/ enjoy the present life, we just think or overthink about the past that happened with us. Your past is not for regret, it’s for learning. Learning something is never waste of time, and learning from your past will never waste your time.   Don’t allowed your past to interfere your present and your future.
